Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on treatment that can effectively provide relief from a variety of physical pain and health issues.
Based on the teachings of osteopathic physicians, A.T. Still, D.O. and W.G. Sutherland, D.O., Craniosacral therapy uses light touch to assess and treat any tension in the body’s fascia. Fascia is connective tissue found throughout the body's organs, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain and spinal cord. CST engages this interconnected network to promote systemic healing.
Craniosacral therapy is suitable for all ages and can be particularly beneficial in treating newborns and infants (link to babies and children).
