What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Square as well as payment via Venmo, Zelle, checks and cash.

What are the practice’s opening hours?

Mon-Wed 9am-6pm
Thurs 9am-5pm
Fri 9am-6pm

Where is Frame Therapeutics located?
​
Our practice is conveniently located on 8th Avenue between Garfield and 1st Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. More information can be found here.

What is your cancellation policy?
​
Frame Therapeutics requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. If you miss the 24-hour window, you will be responsible for the full session fee unless you are ill and can schedule a make up in the required amount of time. Read more here.​

What are your COVID-19 precautions?
​
We ask that you please abstain from sessions if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed. For more information, please read our full policies here. We are monitoring the CDC guidelines closely and will continue to wear masks and sanitize shared items for the foreseeable future. Community safety is our priority.

Is a referral from a doctor necessary?
​
No, you do not need a referral from your physician to receive treatment.

Do you take insurance?
​
Frame Therapeutics does not accept payment through insurance but we are happy to provide you with itemized receipts. Please call your insurance carrier for more information.
